Prior to founding Aquatic, Jon spent more than 13 years at Citadel, where he was a Partner and Senior Managing Director and member of the firm’s Portfolio Committee. At Citadel, Jon held numerous senior positions, culminating in leading the highly successful Global Quantitative Strategies business.
